• Una volta ricevuta la PROFESSIONAL CARD, attiva il servizio seguendo le istruzioni contenute nel pieghevole.
• Attivato il servizio, accedi all'area riservata per invitare l'Utente LifePassport a far parte del Tuo network e a condividere la Sua cartella sanitaria digitale.
• Ricevuta la richiesta di associazione, l'Utente decide se aderire seguendo le istruzioni che riceve via e-mail: da quel momento potrai operare sulla base dei permessi che Ti vengono concessi.
• In qualunque momento puoi decidere di escludere un Utente dal Tuo network.

Per tutelare la privacy dell'Utente LifePassport sono stati previsti tre livelli di accesso alla Sua cartella sanitaria digitale:

To protect the privacy of the LifePassport User, three levels of access to their digital health record are provided:

• Opzione base: l'Operatore Professionale può solo caricare gli esami e i referti da lui prodotti ed eventualmente consultarli in futuro; non può accedere agli altri dati sanitari né vedere i referti prodotti da altri operatori. È l'impostazione predefinita quando l'Utente aderisce al network.
• Opzione visualizzazione: all'opzione base si aggiunge la possibilità di visualizzare — senza modificare — l'intera cartella sanitaria digitale dell'Utente.
• Opzione modifica: consente di gestire la cartella dell'Utente senza limitazioni (tipicamente concessa al proprio medico di fiducia).

• Basic option: the Professional Operator can only upload the exams and reports they produce and consult them later; they cannot access other health data or see reports produced by other operators. This is the default setting when the User joins the network.
• View option: in addition to the basic option, the ability to view — without editing — the User's entire digital health record.
• Edit option: allows the User's record to be managed without restrictions (typically granted to the trusted doctor).

Siamo una società svizzera che opera mediante server ivi ubicati e protetti dai più sofisticati metodi anti-intrusione, per garantire che i dati sanitari siano accessibili solo all'Utente e ai suoi Operatori Professionali autorizzati.

Protecting health data is our highest priority. We are a Swiss company operating through servers located there and protected by the most sophisticated anti-intrusion methods, to ensure that health data can be accessed only by the User and their authorised Professional Operators.

Per tutelare ulteriormente la privacy degli Utenti del Tuo network, per accedere al servizio Ti sarà chiesto di identificarti con due parametri: il Tuo username (l'e-mail fornita in fase di attivazione) e il codice riportato sulla PROFESSIONAL CARD. Nessun accesso è possibile senza il codice della card: conservala in un luogo sicuro e non divulgare il codice. In caso di furto o smarrimento, attiva la procedura di "Blocco card": la password sarà immediatamente bloccata e ne verrà emessa una nuova.

To further protect the privacy of the Users in your network, to access the service you will be asked to identify yourself with two parameters: your username (the e-mail provided at activation) and the code shown on the PROFESSIONAL CARD. No access is possible without the card code: keep it in a safe place and do not disclose it. In case of theft or loss, start the "Block card" procedure: the password will be blocked immediately and a new one issued.

• Comunichi all'Operatore Professionale l'indirizzo e-mail con cui accedi a LifePassport.
• L'Operatore Ti invia un'e-mail di invito ad aderire al proprio network.
• Accettando l'invito, consenti all'Operatore di operare in modalità base: potrà solo caricare gli esami e i referti prodotti ed eventualmente consultarli in futuro.
• Se vorrai abilitarlo a visualizzare l'intera cartella (opzione visualizzazione) o a gestirla (opzione modifica), potrai farlo dalle "Impostazioni" del profilo tramite la Private Card.
• In caso di furto o smarrimento delle card, attiva la procedura di "Blocco card": le password saranno bloccate immediatamente e ne verranno emesse di nuove.

• You give the Professional Operator the e-mail address you use to sign in to LifePassport.
• The Operator sends you an e-mail inviting you to join their network.
• By accepting the invitation, you allow the Operator to work in basic mode: they can only upload the exams and reports they produce and consult them later.
• If you wish to let them view the entire record (view option) or manage it (edit option), you can do so from your profile "Settings" using the Private Card.
• In case of theft or loss of the cards, start the "Block card" procedure: the passwords will be blocked immediately and new ones issued.
